Ordering a commemorative Lolipop glass jewelry piece is simple!
You first need to check the box "Cremation" on the product page. Then order via the shopping cart icon.
The "Ash collection kit" will be added to your cart automatically.

Handling cremation ashes is quick and easy.
We provide a small spatula to transfer the ashes into the tube.

If you are not comfortable with handling the ashes (very understandable), you can ask your local funeral home (or a friend) if they will do this step for you and/or prepare small bags with the appropriate amount to include next to the vial in the sample bag. If you take this approach, just be sure to write your name and order number on the bag.
Ideally, the ashes should be shipped to us by express post Canada post in accordance with the postal services regulations on the shipment of ashes; we will only accept shipments if they reach us otherwise.
We do not cover the cost of shipping the kits back to us. Any of our infused products can use pet and human ashes.
Your beautiful artwork will be returned in approximately weeks once we have received the kits, unless otherwise specified. The ash will appear as small light gray specks in the glass matrix with occasional bubbles. If there are any additional ashes left, we can either scatter them locally or return the ashes to you by priority express courier as per your instructions (additional charges will apply).
Please keep in mind that they are handmade just for you, so there will be slight differences in how the color patterns appear from piece to piece.
All glass products can be infused with ashes from both people and pets. We can combine the ashes of multiple pets/people into one piece (mixing of ashes happens on the customer's side). Infused glass can only be mixed with ashes; hair and other organic material will vaporize.
